Warm Olive

Some say chartreuse, some say yellow-green, I say Warm Olive.  Whatever your interpretation, you can't deny that Warm Olive adds a touch of elegance and edge to the rich winter palette. 

Although I adore this colour, it's not the type of hue that is going to suit all skin tones, so to make the most of this trend, I suggest you look for accessories for yourself or for your home to brighten your winter.

An eyeshadow in Warm Olive will add an exotic touch to your winter make-up.  MAC have a great one called Chrome Yellow.  Use it all over the lid for a very dramatic look, or use it along the lash line or as a highlighter for subtle warmth.

Warm Olive is not as hard to match with other colours as you may think.  It looks great with Majolica Blue, denim, American Beauty, Cream, or as shown here, with Purple Heart.
