Lipstick Cherry All Over The Lens

One of the best things about being a stylist is when opportunities come along to work with some amazingly talented people.  Take last weekend for example, I made some props and sourced some items for a photo shoot and was lucky enough to be invited to assist creative director Nik Dimopoulos on a shoot with one of my favourite photographers, John Tsiavis.

You know when you admire someone or their work, and then you meet them and it's .... weird?  Well I have to say John is the sweetest person ever!   I've been on plenty of photo shoots, but this one was really fun ... which could have had something to do with the partially clothed male models!   It would be inappropriate for me to show you pictures of the shoot, since they are for an upcoming campaign, however I can show you some behind the scenes snaps ....

So what does a stylist do on set you ask?  You iron / steam and get the wardrobe ready, you organise, you dress the models, you body paint (in this instance), you watch and be ready for anything the photographer or creative director needs.
