BURBERRY
Sweet sweet Christopher Baily has turned Burberry to one of my favourite brands ... and I'm sure he is sitting at home with nothing else to do but be thankful for my admiration! If you have the time to watch this show live (and I suggest that you do), you will understand why I am so in awe. Click here to view show.
Super savvy Burberry had their collection of coats and bags available for pre-order almost immediately after the show. Great marketing. I did sit there for a moment tossing up between paying the mortgage and buying a coat and bag. If I do decide to be homeless, at least I'll look fabulous!
TEMPERLEY LONDON
Alice Temperley has been designing for 10 years now and her signature bohemian style has evolved to a super chic feminine collection with lots of soft details. I thought it was really beautiful.
VIVIENNE WESTWOOD RED LABEL
London fashion week would not be the same without Vivienne Westwood. Actually, I would go far as to say that London fashion in general would not be the same if not for this fore-mother of style.
I can always count on Westwood to make me smile. She has such fun with fashion and doesn't take it too seriously, plus my inner punk will be forever grateful for her contribution to music and fashion. xx
I really really want this coat! |
