Print Envy

Well LMFF is over for another year - (at least the runway portion is over, the cultural program continues until the end of the month).

There was so much goodness that graced the runways, but one designer in particular has most of the fashion gals I know in an envy frenzy.

The designer is Jolet, and the object of everyone's desire is this soft, pretty and completely desirable original print entitled Artificial Elements.

This is a close up of the print from the shots I took as they graced the runway.

I suspect this print was developed by throwing all the elements of a relaxing Mediterranean seaside village holiday into one big pot, adding a dash of soft morning light and dollop of artist watercolour,  a cup of grated Paris, simmering for two hours and ta daaa, this mesmerising print emerged!   Well that's how I imagine it anyway.

Where to buy?
Although Jolet is stocked in a few boutiques around Melbourne, I can recommend the on-line store halcyonstate.com

In the interests of full disclosure,  I come to know the owner of halcyonstate.com over the past few months, however I do not recommend stores or services that I don't believe in!  Halcyon Sate offers the best customer service of any on-line store I have purchased from.

(I'll be doing a full blog post about Halcyon Sate in the coming month).

Don't think Jolet is all about the Artificial Elements print, the rest of the range is just as delicious.
