What's the point of having your own blog if you can't include a little sprinkling of self promotion every now and then!?   Well this little cup cake is about to be sprinkled with giant sized chokettes!


I have a niche little fashion label named GOETHE.  At this stage I primarily hand-make beautiful collars and mini capes that are the perfect accessory to throw over a simple top or drape under the collar of a coat or jacket.


Here are some of the results from our weekend photo shoot featuring the lovely Erin (a 20 year old model & student from Melbourne).  


This particular collection of collars is called STRANDED.

   

      

Each collar is a limited edition as I only produce between 6 & 12 collars or capes per fabric type. 

Double pleat collars are priced at $60.  Triple pleat mini capes are priced at $65.

The fabric choices depend a lot on my inspiration at the time.  I've been listening to a lot of punk music recently, and the result was of course a range of tartan & plaid collars - named after a classic song by The Saints.   If I produce a lot of black collars, you can assume I've been listening to Joy Division or the Smiths!
