So Shoe Me

Like many of you, I have a little tiny teensy bit of a shoe obsession.  To the serious shoe-o-holic, my mere collection of 53 pairs wouldn't even make the list.  Nevertheless, I love my shoes and aspire to one day have the need to build an entire palace to house them!

While visiting friends at the current Gift Trade Fair, I came across these little beauties.  Created by Leslie Keogh, (a shoe obsessed woman from Canberra), these shoe booths are perfect ... you know, in the meantime before the palace building!

The BaBooShoe booth comes in two sizes:  The large stores 55 pairs of shoes with room for boots and handbags if desired.  The compact version holds 25 pairs of shoes. The best bit is that they are illuminated and can be controlled by a simple remote control.  


I live in a very small house and am seriously thinking I need a couple for the lounge room as a type of trophy cabinet. Or perhaps I could ditch some other pesky furniture, like tables, chairs, kitchen, etc to make room for them ...
