From models to labels to stores, see what has got me excited and reaching for my credit card this week!
Model Kate Peck
All the things you'd expect from a model... height, beauty, grace ... in addition, Kate has that special IT factor that makes her very memorable and one of my favourite Australian models. It's always a pleasure to see her on the runway. It would be my dream to shoot (as in photo) her one day.
Alice Euphemia
I have been a customer and fan of Alice Euphemia for many years. They champion Australian fashion like no other store in my opinion and seem to stock exactly what I want at all times. Sometimes I think they are inside my head!
Some of the images I photographed at the Boutique MSFW Runway show featured on the Alice Euphemia blog. Check them out here.
Obus
Designer Kylie Zerbst's collection had a Mexican inspired theme with Frida Kahlo as her muse. The easy to wear cotton dresses and bold stripes and prints are on my shopping list.
Obus also do a fantastic range of basics called 'Travellers'. The organic bamboo cotton jersey range is perfect for everyday wear.
Gorman
Stop it. Just stop it. Stop getting more and more desirable as the years roll on. You are beginning to take over my wardrobe! Ahh, yes, another bright, colourful and perfectly wearable collection from Gorman.
Shorty Shorts
Although I'd never wear them, I do love me a pair of short shorts. Especially if they are fancy pants printed or princess sparkle pants. (left: Obus right: Yeogin Bae)

I never take it for granted that I am lucky enough to be granted media accreditation to fashion events. I certainly don't get it all the time, so when I do receive accreditation, I am always very grateful.
This little pass had had me quite literally rubbing shoulders with some great photographers in the media pit during the runway shows. I had the pleasure of standing next to Woodrow Wilson on Wednesday night. What a nice man, and a great photographer I might add!
